I linked to this post because it shows how politics can complicate our lives. This young lady feels somehow isolated from her peers because she happens to be a Republican while others in her age group seem to be predominantly Democrat. This is an issue we will explore a lot in this blog because so many of us feel that we must either compromise our values to fit in with our peers or that a certain political identity doesn’t match our values!
